Doctors Role Play Scanner is designed for Early Years classrooms, used alongside a physical doctors' role play area. This page explains how the app works and how to get help.
Getting started
The app opens on a list of patients. Add patients from Settings (the cog icon, top right) — this is password protected, set by you on first use.
Settings
From Settings you can add, edit, or remove patients; turn each of the four problem types on or off; and swap in real photos for treatments instead of the default artwork.
Forgotten password?
On the Settings lock screen, choose "Forgotten password". You'll see a warning screen, then a 4-digit reset code read out as words (for example "zero one three five") rather than digits, so a child can't stumble into it by accident. Confirming the reset clears everything you've added, back to a blank slate.
