Student Showcase

Support for classroom displays, portfolios, and sharing children's work.

  • Forgotten Teacher Zone PIN

    Uninstall and reinstall the app. This resets all data including the PIN. Set a new PIN during the onboarding steps.

  • Camera not working

    Go to Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Camera and make sure Student Showcase is enabled.

  • Photos not saving

    Check that your iPad has sufficient free storage. Student Showcase requires at least 50 MB free to save new photos.

  • Photo limit reached

    Each student has a photo limit, defaulting to 9. A teacher can raise the limit or enable auto-delete of the oldest photo in Teacher Zone -> Settings.

  • How to export photos

    Open Teacher Zone, tap a student, then use the Export button to save photos to the iPad Camera Roll individually or all at once.

  • How to add or remove students

    Open Teacher Zone from the home screen using your PIN and use the Student Manager to add, rename, or delete students.

  • All data stays on this device

    Student Showcase has no internet connection. Photos and student names are never uploaded anywhere. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all data.
